Basic chicken burrito filling
| 8 | ounces grilled chicken |
| 1/2 | cup sliced onion |
| 1/2 | cup sliced green pepper |
| 1 | tbsp. olive oil |
- Saute onion and green peppers in olive oil until soft and onions are slightly browned.
- Add thawed chicken, cut into thin strips.
- Cook until chicken is nicely browned.
- Place 1/4 of the filling into each of 4 tortilla wraps.
- Add favorite ingredients - shredded low fat cheese, plain yogurt, lowfat sour cream, picante salsa,black olives, etc.
- Don't forget to add your tortilla wraps and condiments to the calorie count!
