tsp salt |

tsp nutmeg |

cup sugar |

cup zucchini |

cup oil |

Directions
- mix dry ingredients together- flour, baking powder/soda, spices and salt
- in seperate bowl, mix sugar, shredded zucchini, egg and oil.
- add dry mixture to wet mixture and bake in 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes
