Ingredients

cup pinto beans, cooked without salt |
| 1/2 |
cup salsa |
| 2 |
tablespoons minced green pepper |
| 2 |
tablespoons minced red onion |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon hot sauce |
| 3 |
tablespoons cheese |
Directions
- Mash the pinto beans with the tines of a fork. Stir in the pepper, onion, salsa and hot sauce. Spread the cheese on top. Microwave for one minute. Serve with tortillas or raw vegetables.
