yummy fish salad

Ingredients
100 g salmon, pink, cooked, dry heat
2 oz spinach
35 g cucumber
75 g tomatoes
1 oz sugar snap peas
1 oz mushrooms
1 oz peppers
Directions
  1. bake salmon for 20 minutes at 150 degrees with sliced lemon and pepper

  2. chopp veggies

  3. cool salmon

  4. mix with salad
