Ingredients

pounds cauliflower |
| 1 |
tbsp olive oil |
| 1/2 |
tsp salt |
| 1 |
tsp pepper, ground |
Directions
- Chop cauliflower into roughly equal pieces.
- Toss with oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast in a 475 degree oven for approximately 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
