This is a nice breakfast smoothie. It's easy to make & low in fat but high in fiber and protein.

Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1 medium banana
1 cup water
Directions
  1. combine all items in a blender.
