Holiday dessert
Cake: |

| 1 | cup sugar |
| 2/3 | cup pumpkin |
| 3 | eggs |
| 3/4 | cup flour |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp cinnamon |
Filling: |

| 8 | ounce cream cheese |
| 2 | tbsp margarine |
| 1 1/2 | tsp vanilla |
| 1 | cup powdered sugar |
- Preheat oven to 375. Grease cookie sheet. Line w/ wax paper & grease paper. Pour cake mix into cookie sheet, bake 15 min. Sprinkle tea towel w/ powdered sugar. Flip cake out onto towel, peel of wax paper & tightly roll up cake in towel. Cool in refrigerator for a few hours (or 15 min. in freezer).
- Cream together cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and sugar. Unroll towel and spread filling. Tightly roll up cake, wrap in saran wrap then foil and freeze overnight.
