Green beans with Parmesan and garlic!
| 1 1/2 | cup green beans, chopped |
| 1 | tbsp garlic, minced |
| 1 | tbsp parmesan cheese, grated |
| 1 | tbsp margarine, light |
- chop 1 1/2 cups of green beans, each piece about 1 inch in length
- steam cook until bright green (about ten minutes)
- When green beans are cooked, shock them by placing them in a bowl of cold water.
- Heat up 1 tbsp of light margarine and 1 tbsp of garlic in a saute pan.
- Toss shocked green beans with butter and garlic until covered.
- Remove from stove and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese on top.
