Salmon Steaks

Makes 4 servings

Easy and Nummy

Ingredients
1 lb salmon steaks
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
  1. Melt the butter, combine all non salmon ingredients except parsley.

  2. Place the salmon steaks in a microwave safe cooking dish

  3. Pour the sauce over the salmon, then sprinkle with parsley

  4. Total microwave cooking time is 10-13 minutes per pound of salmon at 50% power.

  5. Microwave at 50% powr for half of cooking time. Turn steaks over, baste, microwave at 50% power for remainder of cooking time.

  6. TIP- Don't overcook the fish. It is done when it loses its translucency and becomes flaky.
