Ingredients
2 tablespoon whipping cream
1 whole acorn squash
2 teaspoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon shallot
1 c chicken broth
1 cup tomato
1 teaspoon ginger
Directions
  1. Steam vegetables and spices. Place veggies, chicken stock and cream in blender. Puree and serve
