Put this on top of your Pumpkin cheesecake and enjoy the FAT!!!

Ingredients
| 20 |
ounces sour cream |
| 3 |
ounces granulated sugar |
| 1 |
tbsp pure maple syrup |
| 6 |
g (or 1 tbsp) brandy |
| 1 |
tbsp pumpkin puree |
Directions
- Mix everything together except the pumpkin puree.
- Reserve 1/4 cup of your mixture in a small bowl.
- Take your mixture and put it on top of your cheesecake.
- Then take the reserve mixture and mix it with your pumpkin puree. Use this to pipe decorations onto your yummy pumpkin cheesecake!
