Greek Salad Recipe

Makes 4 servings


classic greek salad

Ingredients
4 large tomatoes, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
24 mushrooms, quartered
24 black olives
1 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp white wine vinegar
1 tblsp oregano leaves
1 tsp salt
12 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. in large mixing bowl, combine vegetables, olives, and cheese.

  2. In a small bowl blend together the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad, toss to coat. serve at once

  3. Note: can be made ahead of time but do not pour dressing until ready to serve.
