Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cucumber, seeded and peeled
1 tsp mustard
4 g chicken boullion
1 tbsp chives
Directions
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and chill.

  2. Snip fresh chives over top before serving.

  3. Makes four servings for appetizer or two for lunch
