Awesome avocado pie

Makes 10 servings

I use a mix of lemon and lime juice in this. I think non-fat sweetened condensed milk could probably be used successfully, but I haven't tried it.

Ingredients
2 medium avocados
3/4 cup lemon juice
8 oz neufchatel cheese
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker crust
Directions
  1. Cut the avocado into chunks and place in blender with the other ingredients. It will be THICK. Add the juice & sweetened condensed milk slowly, tasting as you go, so you get the exact sweet/sour you want.

  2. Pour into the pie crust and chill for at least several hours (better overnight).
