I use a mix of lemon and lime juice in this. I think non-fat sweetened condensed milk could probably be used successfully, but I haven't tried it.

Ingredients

medium avocados |
| 3/4 |
cup lemon juice |
| 8 |
oz neufchatel cheese |
| 14 |
oz sweetened condensed milk |
| 1 |
graham cracker crust |
Directions
- Cut the avocado into chunks and place in blender with the other ingredients. It will be THICK. Add the juice & sweetened condensed milk slowly, tasting as you go, so you get the exact sweet/sour you want.
- Pour into the pie crust and chill for at least several hours (better overnight).
