Ingredients
| 1 |
lb. carrots pelled and cut |
| 6 |
chicken thighs skin removed |
| 2 |
onions Quartered |
| 3 |
cups frozen whole green beans |
| 8 |
cups chicken stock |
Directions
- put all ingredients (except green beans) in pot
- add thyme and any other seasonings you like
- boil 90 mins
- remove chicken from pot
- debone chicken and add back to pot
- add green beans and cook untill heated through.
