Chicken soup

Makes 8 servings

chicken soup

Ingredients
1 lb. carrots pelled and cut
6 chicken thighs skin removed
2 onions Quartered
3 cups frozen whole green beans
8 cups chicken stock
Directions
  1. put all ingredients (except green beans) in pot

  2. add thyme and any other seasonings you like

  3. boil 90 mins

  4. remove chicken from pot

  5. debone chicken and add back to pot

  6. add green beans and cook untill heated through.
