oz of low fat cottage cheese |
| 1 |
teaspoon of icing sugar |
| 3 |
tsp. lemon juice |
| 2 |
oz oats |
| 4 |
oz digestive biscuit |
Directions
- (for base) low fat digestives and toasted oats, sunflower oil
- 2 egg whites whipped to stiff peaks
- blend stuff unitl smooth (exept egg whites)
- fold in egg whites
- pour on base and bake for 30-40mins
- topping jusrt slice on some fruit or drizzle some more lemon juice on top
