A filling meat loaf

Ingredients

pound ground turkey |
| 1 |
small onions, chopped |
| 1 |
yellow pepper, chopped |
| 1 |
red pepper, chopped |
| 1 |
cup oatmeal |
| 4 |
ounce mushrooms |
| 3 |
tablespoon egg beaters |
| 3 |
tablespoon mustard |
| 3 |
tablespoon ketchup |
| 2 |
tablespoon dijon mustard |
| 2 |
tablespoon garlic |
| 1 |
cup tomatoes, crushed |
| 1/4 |
cup parsley, chopped |
| 3 |
tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Mix the turkey, onions , 1/2 of yellow and red pepper , oatmeal mushrooms egg, mustard ketchup dijon mustard garlic and 1/2 of the parsley with about 1/2 tablesponns of soy sauce.
- In a separted bowl mix in the tomatoes, the rest of the soy sauce and parsley.
- Put turkey mixture in a cake pan, shape as you wish, pour the tomatoes mixture over turkey mixture.
- Add a little water in your pan before cooking.
- Put in the oven and bake for about 1 1/2 hours, just keep on checking on you meatloaf.
