Meat loaf with a twist

Makes 10 servings

A filling meat loaf

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey
1 small onions, chopped
1 yellow pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup oatmeal
4 ounce mushrooms
3 tablespoon egg beaters
3 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon garlic
1 cup tomatoes, crushed
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
3 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

  2. Mix the turkey, onions , 1/2 of yellow and red pepper , oatmeal mushrooms egg, mustard ketchup dijon mustard garlic and 1/2 of the parsley with about 1/2 tablesponns of soy sauce.

  3. In a separted bowl mix in the tomatoes, the rest of the soy sauce and parsley.

  4. Put turkey mixture in a cake pan, shape as you wish, pour the tomatoes mixture over turkey mixture.

  5. Add a little water in your pan before cooking.

  6. Put in the oven and bake for about 1 1/2 hours, just keep on checking on you meatloaf.
