Homemade Gazpacho Soup Recipe

Homemade Gazpacho Soup! :)

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 cucumber
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion
4 cups tomato juice
Directions
  1. Cut all vegetables to bite-sized pieces.

  2. Blend half of vegetables in food-processor with tomato juice to make a broth.

  3. Add the rest of the chopped vegetables to the broth.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, if you want!

  5. Serve chilled -- it will taste better if it is cold.

  6. Enjoy!
