Homemade Gazpacho Soup! :)
| 1 | red bell pepper |
| 1 | yellow bell pepper |
| 1 | cucumber |
| 1 | clove garlic |
| 1/2 | onion |
| 4 | cups tomato juice |
- Cut all vegetables to bite-sized pieces.
- Blend half of vegetables in food-processor with tomato juice to make a broth.
- Add the rest of the chopped vegetables to the broth.
- Season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, if you want!
- Serve chilled -- it will taste better if it is cold.
- Enjoy!
