Plain biscuits.

Ingredients
| 1/4 |
tsp salt |
| 2 |
tsp baking powder |
| 2 |
oz sugar |
| 2 |
oz margarine |
| 4 |
oz plain flour |
| 1/2 |
egg |
Directions
- Mix the dry ingredients, then add the egg. Beat. Knead a little in the bowl, then wrap in greaseproof paper and put in the fridge for 1 hour. Roll out with rolling pin, and cut out shapes with biscuit cutter on a lightly floured surface. Place on a greased baking tray and bake in over (180C) for 10-15 mins, or until golden brown. Leave to cool.
