A hearty celery soup. Makes 5 1-cup servings. You could easily add more water.

Ingredients

cup lentils |

cup chopped onion |

stalk celery, chopped |

cups shredded cabbage |
| 4 |
tomatoes, chopped |

cups water |
| 3 |
carrots, chopped |
| 1 |
clove garlic, crushed |
| 1 |
teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon ground black pepper |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon white sugar |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon dried basil |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon dried thyme |
| 1/4 |
teaspoon curry powder |
Directions
- Boil lentils till soft.
- Cut up veggies and boil with the lentils till done.
- Add herbs and spices and enjoy!
