Home Made Chili

Makes 4 servings

Home made chili with beans, mushrooms, celery, corn, beef, onions, and jalepenos.

Ingredients
6 cups tomato sauce
4 cups vegetable Broth
1 cup celery, chopped
2 cup kidney beans
2 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup sweet yellow corn
5 cloves garlic, diced
1/4 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 peppers jalepeno, diced
Directions
  1. Brown ground beef in skillet. Mean while, bring tomato sauce and broth to a boil on medium high. Add beans, celery, mushrooms, corn, garlic, onion and jalepeno and lower to medium temperature. When Beef is ready add to mix. Allow flavors to blend for about 10 minutes. Serve.
