cup extra virgin olive oil |

(large) cloves garlic, minced |

Directions
- Cut pita into eighths and separate the wedges. Lay rough side up on a cookie sheet. Gently heat oil, garlic, and spices in a small saucepan. Brush lightly onto each pita wedge and broil 6" away from heat for under 1 minute, or until lightly browned and crisp.
