| 1 | cup egg beater |
| 2 | cups Flour |
| 2 1/2 | cups skim milk |
| 1 | dash of salt |
| 2 | tbs sugar |
- combine 1 cup egg beaters and skim milk in a bowl or a mixure, stir.
- add flour 1/2 a cup at a time to the liquid mix. stir. add sugar and salt and stir in mixure or bowl until no clumps and is thin and light
- use a non-stick pan and add the smallest amount of canola oil so it doesnt stick. make sure crepes are nice a thin, and turn to make sure both sides are cooked
