easy and light. perfect for lunch with a side of veggies or baked pita chips.
if you like, you can cut calories with light Miracle whip and fat free cheese.

tbsp. Miracle Whip |
| 1 |
tbsp Sweet pickle relish |
| 4 |
slices whole wheat bread |
| 4 |
slices tomato |
| 4 |
tbsp grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 |
tsp garlic powder |
Directions
- Drain tuna. empty can into bowl. add miracle whip, pickle relish, and garlic powder. mix well.
- toast bread lightly. divide tuna mixture among the bread slices. place 1 tomato slice on each sandwich. sprinkle with 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese. place under broiler just until cheese starts to turn color, or until edges of tomato shrivel somewhat.
