Ingredients
400 g strawberries, hulled
240 ml yoghurt
2 tbsp sugar
Directions
  1. Place the strawberries, yoghurt and sugar into a blender and blend until frothy and smooth.

  2. To serve, pour into serving glasses filled with ice.
