Low-fat, summer salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers and onions

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup low-fat yogurt |
| 2 |
tbsp vinegar |
| 2 |
teaspoons sugar |
| 1/2 |
teaspoon dried dill |
| 1 |
large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced |
| 4 |
tomatoes, diced |
| 1 |
green pepper, diced |
| 1/2 |
red onion, thinly sliced |
Directions
- Stir together yogurt, vinegar, sugar and dill.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
- Add cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and onions. Toss to coat.
- Cover and chill for 2 to 48 hours, stirring often. Stir before serving.
