Red Dill Potato Salad Recipe

1/2 cup per serving

Ingredients
4 pounds red potatoes
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
2 tbsp mustard
1 cup yogurt, nonfat
3/4 cup mayonnaise, low fat
Directions
Boil potatoes, after cooked, dice into quarters. Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over potatoes. Add rest of ingredients.
