Turkey Chili Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 medium onion, diced finely
1 green pepper, diced finely
1 tsp garlic
1 lb ground turkey
2 tbsp chili powder
32 oz dark kidney beans
14 1/2 oz diced canned tomatoes
8 oz tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
  1. Brown the ground turkey with the onions and the green pepper.

  2. Drain the fat from the turkey and vegetable mixture.

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and let simmer over a low flame for 30 minutes.
