Sauteed vegetables - choose what you like, nutrition information applies for these vegies: |

cup onion, chopped |

cloves garlic, diced |

cup bok choy (or spinach), chopped |

cup cherry tomatoes (or normal tomatoes), chopped |
| 1/3 |
cup mushrooms, sliced |
Directions
- Line and stack deep pie plate with vegetables.
- Combine and wisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, pepper and salt. Pour mixture into pie plate with vegies.
- Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 40 minutes, then optional sprinkle with extra cheese and place under griller until golden.
- Serve as a warm meal of refrigerate for later! Yum.
