| 2 | cups flour |
| 1/4 | cup brown sugar |
| 4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1/4 | tsp salt |
| 1/4 | cup butter |
| 1/4 | cup cream |
| 1/2 | cup milk (reduced fat) |
| 1 | egg |
- mix dry ingredients then cut in butter
- mix wet ingredients in separate bowl and the mix both together
- knead 3 or 4 times until dough sticks together. divide into two equal parts, form into circular patties and cut into 6 pieces.
- 20 minutes @ 375 F (175 C)
