I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom, one was regular and the other fat free. That's why I put 1 1/2 cans to try to get the nutrition facts closer to actual.

Ingredients

lbs hamburger |
| 1 |
onion (chopped) |
| 2 |
lbs sliced potatoes |
| 1 1/2 |
cans cream of mushroom soup |
| 6 |
oz water |
Directions
- Crumble lean hamburger into bottom of large rectangled glass baking dish.
- Chop one onion and layer over hamburger.
- Peel and slice potatoes and layer over onion.
- Mix 1/2 can of water (about 6 ounces) with 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, stir until creamy. Pour over potatoes.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour or more. Until potatoes are fork tender. Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 mins before cutting.
