Roasted Veggies Recipe

Side Dish

Ingredients
2 Zucchini
1 Yellow Squash
1 1/2 cups Onion
1 Green Pepper
2 tbs Olive Oil
Directions
Chop all the veggies into bite size pieces and put in 9X13 " Baking Pan. Drizzle with Olive oil, season with salt and pepper as desired, and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
