Yummy Quiche with lots of flavor and vitamins

Ingredients

cup egg beaters - |
| 1 |
cup egg whites |
| 1 |
cup skim milk |
| 3 |
cups spinach, cooked, chopped |
| 1/2 |
cup reduced fat cheese, shredded |
| 1/2 |
cup sliced mushrooms |
| 1/2 |
cup cherry tomatoes, sliced |
| 1/2 |
cup fat free sour cream |
| 1 |
slice bread, cubed |
Directions
- Beat eggs, milk, sour cream
- Stir all other ingredients into egg mixture
- pour into large pie plate
- Bake at 350 for about an hour
