Delicious and really satisfying! The calorie count is actually less if you use low fat cheddar cheese.

Ingredients
1 cup refried beans
1 avocado, mashed
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups salsa
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
Directions
  1. Spread a layer of beans over a dish.

  2. Mash avocado and add lime juice and salt to taste. Spread avocado over bean layer.

  3. Add layers of salsa, sour cream, and grated cheese.

  4. Enjoy in a tortilla or with tortilla chips.
