Corn Muffins, Egg-Free Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 cup Flour
1 cup
1/4 cup Sugar
1 1/4 tablespoons
1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
  1. Sift and mix together the dry ingredients.

  2. Add the milk and shortening.

  3. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 350-F for 30 minutes.
