Delicious and healthy cookie treat!

Ingredients
| 1 |
cup whole wheat flour |
| 1 |
cup rolled oats (oat bran) |
| 3/4 |
cup brown sugar |
| 1/2 |
cup pumpkin, canned |
| 1/4 |
cup maple syrup, lite |
| 2 |
tbsp pecans, finely ground |
| 2 |
tbsp sugar |
Directions
- Combine pecans and sugar in small bowl and set aside.
- In medium mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, oat bran (rolled oats) and brown sugar and mix well.
- Add pumpkin and maple syrup and mix until well blended.
- Coat cookie sheets with non-stick, fat free spray
- Form dough into 1" balls and roll in the pecan sugar mix.
- Place cookies approximately 1 1/2" apart on sheets.
- Use the bottom of a glass to flatten the cookies.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes or until toasted.
