Chicken thighs baked in rice.

Ingredients

lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless |
| 1/2 |
packet onion soup mix, dry mix |
| 2 |
cups minute rice |
| 10 |
ounce cream of celery soup |
| 10 |
ounce water |
| 8 |
ounce mushrooms, drained |
Directions
- mix rice, celery soup, water and mushrooms. Pour into 9 x 11 greased pan. Lay chicken over top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake at 325 for 2 hrs.
