Chicken Rice Bake

Makes 12 servings

Chicken thighs baked in rice.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1/2 packet onion soup mix, dry mix
2 cups minute rice
10 ounce cream of celery soup
10 ounce water
8 ounce mushrooms, drained
Directions
  1. mix rice, celery soup, water and mushrooms. Pour into 9 x 11 greased pan. Lay chicken over top and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Bake at 325 for 2 hrs.
