Ingredients
| 2 |
cups chicken, cooked and cubed |
| 1 |
cup jicama, peeled and cubed |
| 1/2 |
cup miracle whip, light |
| 1/2 |
cup salsa, green |
| 1 |
avocado, cubed and sprinkled with lemon |
| 1 |
cup tomato, diced |
Directions
- Spread cubed chicken and jicama in flat microwave dish. Mix salsa and mayo in separate bowl, then add to chicken. Mix well. Microwave for 3-4 minutes, stirring once or twice, until hot.
- Fill pita with chicken, add avocaco and tomato.
