Adapted from Leanne Ely's. salmon fillets (or other firm-fleshed fish) , salt , pepper , garlic powder , fresh lemon, onion, , turkey bacon, honey , ketchup cvt
| 30 | oz cooked coho farmed salmon fillets (15239) , or other firm-fleshed fish, net from 2.5 pound fresh |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/2 | teaspoon pepper |
| 1/2 | teaspoon garlic powder |
| 58 | g (1 sliced) lemon, without peel |
| 1 | medium onion, sliced |
| 6 | g (1 slice) cooked bacon, crumbled |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
| 1 | cup ketchup |
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place fillets, skin side down, on a large sheet of aluminum foil wrap in a baking pan. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder layer with lemon, onion, and bacon.
- Combine honey and ketchup and pour this mixture over the fillets. Seal the foil wrap and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Fish will flake easily with a fork in the thickest part when it is done. Do not over bake! Serve hot.
