3 Oven Barbecued Salmon Recipe

Adapted from Leanne Ely's. salmon fillets (or other firm-fleshed fish) , salt , pepper , garlic powder , fresh lemon, onion, , turkey bacon, honey , ketchup cvt

Ingredients
30 oz cooked coho farmed salmon fillets (15239) , or other firm-fleshed fish, net from 2.5 pound fresh
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
58 g (1 sliced) lemon, without peel
1 medium onion, sliced
6 g (1 slice) cooked bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup honey
1 cup ketchup
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Place fillets, skin side down, on a large sheet of aluminum foil wrap in a baking pan. Add salt and pepper and garlic powder layer with lemon, onion, and bacon.

  3. Combine honey and ketchup and pour this mixture over the fillets. Seal the foil wrap and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Fish will flake easily with a fork in the thickest part when it is done. Do not over bake! Serve hot.
