| 2 | cups low fat cottage cheese |
| 15 | grams sugar free hot chocolate |
| 7 | grams gelatin |
| 8 | oz water |
| 1 | teaspoon vanilla extract |
- mix cocoa and hot water, then gelatin
- pour into blender with cottage cheese and mix until all clumps are gone
- pour into cupcake foils
- chill until set
