Fresh Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

Fresh Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup water
7 grams yeast
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
Directions
  1. Mix 1/2 cup warm water with yeast, salt & sugar. allow to sit 10 minutes.

  2. Mix remaining water, and flour with yeast mixture until throughly mixed and smooth. Kneeding may be required. Allow to rise for 45 minutes with a lightly damp paper towel covering it in.

  3. Kneed bread for 5 minutes, placng in a greased bread pan (approx. 8x5) Allow to rise for another hour, again covered.

  4. Place in 350 degree pre-heated over for 25 minutes.

  5. Enjoy!
