Fresh Whole Wheat Bread
| 2 | cups whole wheat flour |
| 1 | cup water |
| 7 | grams yeast |
| 1 | tbs sugar |
| 1 | tsp salt |
- Mix 1/2 cup warm water with yeast, salt & sugar. allow to sit 10 minutes.
- Mix remaining water, and flour with yeast mixture until throughly mixed and smooth. Kneeding may be required. Allow to rise for 45 minutes with a lightly damp paper towel covering it in.
- Kneed bread for 5 minutes, placng in a greased bread pan (approx. 8x5) Allow to rise for another hour, again covered.
- Place in 350 degree pre-heated over for 25 minutes.
