Basic Crepe Recipe Recipe

I still need to find a good substitute for butter, if anybody knows one, please let me know!

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp melted butter
Directions
  1. Sift the flour with the salt into a bowl

  2. Make a well in the center and add the egg and egg yolk

  3. Pour in the milk slowly, stirring constantly and, when half is added, stir in melted butter.

  4. Beat well until smooth.

  5. Add remaining milk, cover, and let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before using. (Batter should be the consistency of light cream)

  6. When cooking, tilt pan so the batter spreads evenly over the bottom

  7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, turn, and repeat.

  8. Serve with berries and yogurt
