Lettuce wraps

Ingredients
1 head lettuce
3 cloves garlic
1 tbs ginger
1/4 cup shallots
8 oz shrimp
1 carrot
5 shitake mushrooms
3 spring onions
1/2 cup cabbage
2 cups bean sprouts
2 tbs lime juice
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs fish sauce
1 tbs sesame oil
Directions
stir fry and place on lettuce, top with peanut sauce
