| 3/4 | pound cooked ground turkey breast, net from 1 pound fresh (5220) |
| 1 | egg, slightly beaten |
| 1 | tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (91739) |
| 1 | tablespoon Dijon mustard (87536) |
| 1/2 | teaspoon salt |
| 1/4 | teaspoon black pepper |
| 1/2 | cup red onion, minced |
| 1/4 | cup parmesan cheese |
| 1/4 | cup minced parsley |
- Preheat broiler.
- In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil.
- Broil 6" from heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Burgers will turn whitish when cooked.
