Seasoned Turkey Burgers Recipe

Adapted from Polly Pitchford, Full Spectrum Health?. ground turkey breast, egg, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard , salt , black pepper , red onion , parmesan cheese , fresh parsley cvt

Ingredients
3/4 pound cooked ground turkey breast, net from 1 pound fresh (5220)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (91739)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (87536)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup red onion, minced
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup minced parsley
Directions
  1. Preheat broiler.

  2. In a large bowl, combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into patties and place on lightly oiled aluminum foil.

  3. Broil 6" from heat for about 4-6 minutes on each side. Burgers will turn whitish when cooked.
