Penuchi (or No bake) cookies

Oatmeal and peanut butter

Ingredients
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. peanut butter
Directions
  1. put butter, milk, sugar and brown sugar into a saucepan on medium heat. Slowly bring to a boil and sustain boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in oatmeal and peanut butter. Working very quickly drop by tablespoon onto wax paper and let cool. They will harden very quickly.
