Italian Spinach Balls Recipe

Surprisingly filling and delicate hors d'oeuvre great for socials and finger-food parties.

Ingredients
2 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
4 eggs
20 oz frozen spinach
1 tsp garlic
1 salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Form into 1 inch balls.

  4. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
