Ingredients
12 egg whites
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup splenda
1 apple pie spice to taste
1 cinnamon to taste
Directions
  1. Blend together

  2. pour into silicone muffin pan sprayed with pam

  3. Bake at 350 for 20 min
