| 3 | eggs |
| 1 | cup oil |
| 2 | cups sugar |
| 2 | cups zucchini, grated (1 medium zucchini) |
| 2 | tsp cinnamon |
| 1 | tsp salt |
| 1 | tsp baking soda |
| 1/4 | tsp baking powder |
| 1 1/2 | cups flour |
| 1 1/2 | cups wheat flour |
- Add zucchini, sugar, oil and eggs to a large bowl and mix well.
- Add cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and baking powder, mix well.
- Add flour and mix.
- Spray bottom of ring pan with Pam.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes or when a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
