Mushroom Soup Recipe

Tasty Soup

Ingredients
240 g mushrooms
1 litre chicken stock
1 brown onion
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup cream
Directions
  1. Wash, peel and cut up mushrooms. Chop onion

  2. Cook mushrooms and onions until tender.

  3. Add flour and butter. Stir through and add stock.

  4. Cook five minutes and then puree in food processor.

  5. Stir over heat until boiling and add cream just prior to serving.
