Tasty Soup
| 240 | g mushrooms |
| 1 | litre chicken stock |
| 1 | brown onion |
| 1 | pinch salt |
| 1 | tablespoon olive oil |
| 2 | tablespoons flour |
| 1/4 | cup cream |
- Wash, peel and cut up mushrooms. Chop onion
- Cook mushrooms and onions until tender.
- Add flour and butter. Stir through and add stock.
- Cook five minutes and then puree in food processor.
- Stir over heat until boiling and add cream just prior to serving.
