This potato kugel recipe is for 1/12 of a 9 by 13 pan. Hence the name. Good as a side dish or for a main dish.
| 5 | large potatoes, boiled |
| 2 | large carrots |
| 6 | eggs |
| 3 | tbsp vegetable oil |
| 3/4 | teaspoon salt |
Don't boil potatoes - it just says that because I didn't want to use the skin and couldn't find raw without skin. Peel and grate potatoes and carrots. Beat eggs, oil and salt. Add veggies. Bake at 350 for an hour or more in a 9 by 13 greased pan.Categories
